Most times I do not eat anything but candy, I eat all kinds but the last 6 months all I eat is boxes of good and plenty, usually 3 to 4 boxes a day plus candy bars. I do not know when I last ate food. I am 54, my skin has aged very rapidly and quit noticable. I am so addicted to sugar. How do I stop and get healthy and is it to late to reverse all the damage? To begin with, this particular company does a great job packaging the product and I noticed their ingredients dont degrade oils and ruin their antioxidant capabilities. I actually store mine in the fridge and wrap in aluminum foil to be safe. Also, the price is the most fair and that amount will last at least a month. I use it on my face and neck and have seen a SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT in the tighteness of my skin, and less wrinkles on my neck and around my eyes. I hated getting loose skin around my face!!
